Returns/Claims

All damage claims must be called into our office at 1-626-589-7566 or emailed to sales@specialitem.comwithin 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  Please retain original carton and damaged products until Amplic advises  you when to throw away.

All claims must show original invoice # and date.

Merchandise that is refused or returned is subject to a 20% restocking Fee plus shipping charges

All returns require prior approval from Specialitem Return Authorization Numbers ( RMA# ) All returned products must be in original boxes.  Unautjorized or unjustified returns or unapproved detruction will forfeit a claim, price tagged or shopworn merchandise may not be returned.
